A 14-day free trial with no card up front, then one flat plan with everything Scope does. The first 50 subscribers keep a founding rate of £15/month for life. The only extra is team seats at £5/user/month.
Call Catch will be included in the plan
Missed-call capture (divert to a Scope number, we text the caller your form link and log the lead) is in final testing. When it launches it will be part of the plan, not a paid add-on.
Overview starts on your install snippet
Solo accounts land straight on their business view with the widget install snippet front and centre, and the dashboard greets you by first name.

Widget builder: Basic and Advanced tabs
The form builder opens in a simpler Basic view, with conditional rules under Advanced. Rules are type-aware: checkboxes offer yes / no and dropdowns list their real options.
Customer pages
Click any customer to open their own page with lifetime totals, first and last contact, and every lead they have ever sent you.
Chart tooltips
Hover any analytics tile on Overview to see the day, value, and % change vs the day before.
Dispute-proof evidence packs
Every photo, message, and quote on a lead is SHA-256 hashed and timestamped daily via OpenTimestamps. Print an evidence pack from any lead.
Mail Catch (Gmail)
Connect Gmail in Settings → Email and Scope auto-imports leads from Checkatrade, MyBuilder, Rated People, Bark, Trustatrader, and direct customer emails every 5 minutes.
Overage opt-in
New toggle in Settings → Business. Off by default: SMS stops at your monthly cap. On: extra sends are billed at the overage rate (10p each).
Account type switcher
Choose "For my trade business" or "For another tradesperson" in Settings → Profile. Solo accounts see Employees instead of Team and no multi-business screens. Swappable once every 30 days.
Module toggles
Turn modules like Quotes, Reviews, and Customers on or off from Settings → Modules. Hidden modules disappear from the sidebar.
Two-way messaging: email + SMS threads
Reply to customers directly from the mobile app or web dashboard over email or SMS. Their replies route back into the same thread. One conversation per lead.
SMS auto-response for new leads
Customers who submit through the widget can get an SMS reply within 60 seconds, so they know you have seen the job. Sends to UK (+44) mobiles.
Lost-lead filter on mobile
The mobile inbox has Active / Lost tabs. Leads moved to Lost hide from the main hub; the Lost tab shows a count badge.
Headless widget layout
A layout for developers: plain form inputs rendered into a <div data-scope-inline> with no Scope styling. Your CSS owns the look; our logic handles validation and submission.
WordPress plugin with Gutenberg block
Scope Widget appears in the block picker with a branded icon. The admin panel shows live status and a 7-day lead count.
